Our Basic Package is the Virtual Service package which includes:
- Dedicated Telephone Line
- Private Telephone Answering Service: By forwarding the dedicated phone line that we assign to you to the reception desk, our professional receptionist will handle your incoming company calls on behalf of your company.
- Automatic Call Forwarding: You can forward your incoming calls to any local or international number. This option is available for all the assigned telephone lines and per minute rate is based on U.A.E. Etisalat call rates.
- Voice Mail Service
- Central Fax and Fax handling: The received faxes of your company will be scanned and will be sent to the email address you provide to us.
- Central P.O. Box + Daily administration: P.O. Box service includes checking and administering the received mails everyday. The client will be informed upon the receipt of a postal package. This service is ideal for busy or foreign clients who are not able to check their P.O. Box regularly.
Other facilities and Services:
- Flexi-Offices: Flexi in this context means time-shared - you are able to use the offices a certain number of hours per week. All the offices are fully furnished and equipped with computer, high-speed internet access, dedicated (company specific) telephone line and central fax line.
- Flexi-Desks: Flexi Desk is a desk workspace, separated by partition with other desks in the business center and equipped with computer, high-speed internet, dedicated (company specific) telephone line and central fax line.
- High-speed Internet Access
- Conference Room: The RAK BC conference room is fully equipped with video/audio projectors, wired/wireless internet access, flip chart, etc. The conference room should be booked in advance for your meetings, seminars and events.
- Small Meeting Area: The meeting area is located inside the business center area and it’s suitable for small and informal meetings.
- Comfort Area: It is a highly fashioned furnished and cozy area inside the Twin Towers’ building with the charming Dubai Creek view. The area is covered by wireless internet access, ideal for those who need a relaxed environment.
